EAA 800 Meeting Minutes

The September meeting was called to order at 1038 by Ken,

The minutes of the August meeting were read and approved.

Ken reported there was 2114.46 in checking, 25.01 in the savings account savings account and the treasurers’ report was approved.

The next Young Eagles event is scheduled for Oct 7, with Oct 14 as the rain date.
The insurance has been arranged.
Pilot and ground support sign up sheets were passed around.
Take off is planned for 0830 with the pilots preflight meeting at 0800.
Ken and Jake will operate the wing rib construction table.
A suggestion was made to ask Sterling to send out reminders for the event.
Pre Registration is on the chapter WEB site.

No input has yet been received from the Grand Junction Air show, although an application has been submitted to Jodi.
The plan is to have the Hawk and Cherokee on display along with a balloon basket and a donation/information table. The booth is to be manned 0800-1900 both days.

The Hawk is out of annual and it has to be annualed to fly to the show.

We are not going to the White Sands show.
