EAA 800 Meeting Minutes

Meeting was opened at 10:09 by Bryan Miller at Blake Airport in Delta.

Treasurers Report:
  Checking - $241.78
  Savings $25.01
    Report Approved.

A hanger is needed for Hawk. Ladd will rent one for $250/month
  It was proposed that cost to be spilt by EAA Chapter and Hawk Society,
  $125 ea
  A motion was made and approved.

YE Report, Barb Friedman YE dates Sep 19, rain date Sep 26
  We will start at 9:00 am and Pilot briefing will be at 8:45 am all pilots need
  to attend before can fly.
  So far 4 kids and 3 planes have signed up.
  Some reported groups that might come. Decision was to make final decision
  on weather to request more airplanes Monday night depending on number of
  additional sign ups if any.

Eddie reported we are getting donated a Cherokee 140. It has not flown in
  years but was in good condition before being parked.

Walker field airshow to be held on Oct 10-11
  We expect a booth, trying for one near the CAP.
  We can exhibit one airplane. Perhaps the Cherokee & Hawk parts
  Attendies working the booth will have to pay the $25 entrance fee.

We all proceeded to the Delta meeting for the program.
