Treasurer, Ray Guziak, reported that we had a balance in our account of $1346.

VP Sterling reported the Oct 30 death of Don Hamilton. Memorial services at 2PM today. Also, he reported receiving an email from a Prescott AZ chapter member who is interested in selling his RV10 project.
Dennis reported on the Nov 1 Young Eagles event. In spite of short notice, seven pilots took twenty-two kids up for flights. Pilots who wish to be reimbursed for fuel cost were urged to talk to Ray.
Dennis gave an appeal for 2009 prospective officers to volunteer before being drafted. Both he and Sterling are stepping down after several years as officers. Ray and Steve are willing to continue as treasurer and young eagle coordinator/webmaster respectively.
Calendars are in and available for $10 ea. Ray suggested giving Dennis & Sterling one each from the chapter. The membership present approved the idea.
The Christmas luncheon and meeting will be December 20, 2008 at the Golden Corral in Grand Junction at 11:15 AM. Calendars will available at the luncheon.
